After SSC

hello friends I m BE computer IV yr student, I want to apply for MBA or MS in canada, Parttime/ fulltime, do anybody know what is the procedure.

wheather i have to give entrance exm like TOFEL, GMAT or i can take direct admission.

also what will be the total expense per year. can i do the job in parallel with studies??

I am an Indian student & had finished 12th science. And now I want to Go australia in Tafe course of Diploma(Networking) and want to go for B.E.(Graduation). But I have a little confussion that if I cant find a job in australia then can I apply in India for any Government Job or in a private company? Is the graduation valid in India to? In short can I apply as any Indian Graduate does for government Job?

Are GRE and TOEFL required for PhD admissions in the US?
I know for applying to a MS program we need t ogive GRE and TOEFL.But even for a PhD (Doctoral) program, do we need to give GRE and TOEFL?Or can we directly apply?
